“How do you make bread.”
So I thought I’d tell you.
Yeast, flour, warm water.
Allow the dough to sponge for 20 minutes. Then add more flour, melted butter (or oil), honey, flax seed, and salt.
You do have to add the dough you left to sponge…unless your bowls are big enough to put it all together.
Mix it all together and knead for 5 minutes. Wait 20 minutes and knead for 5 more minutes.
Place in buttered bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Place in a warm spot and allow to rise for 90 minutes.
After that it should look something like this:
Now the recipe will tell you divide dough in half, but I get enough for 3 loaves.
I shape into loaves and put in buttered bread pans. And drool copiously until the timer on the oven says its done.
And that is how you make bread.
